This is my primary blog for comments on causal connections, and related issues, ethics (legal and otherwise), the is/ought dilemma,  and anything else that strikes my fancy. in Canadian law. And, on occasion, other issues.

This place is also the current home of the 4th Monkey. We’re actively engaged in locating the (or a) 5th. Numbers 6 through 12 are still recuperating from their Hollywood experiences in a 13-step recovery progamme at an undisclosed Commonwealth location.
